The reason for this campaign is to protect public health and create a cleaner environment for everyone.

This campaign mainly uses logos by real world problems. It explains clearly why pollution is dangerous and what people can do to help. It also uses rational motivation by showing benefits like better health and cleaner air. I think it is effective because the message is simple and based on the facts. People are more likely to change their behavior when they understand the reasons .
I would expect to find a rationale used to justify this project, since it is solving environmental problems. Are specific targets provided on the website?
